Return Policy

We hope that you are happy with your Minamollie purchase. But if you have changed your mind, please contact us within 14 days of you receiving the item for requesting a refund. (Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.)

All items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in perfect condition with all tags and packaging remaining. We ask that you take care when trying garments on as items returned to us in an unwearable, damaged condition with a smell of any products or marks caused by makeup/fake tan/any other stains will not be accepted and refused a refund.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Minamollie and will not be refunded with your order. Please ensure that any items returned are sent via a Royal Mail Tracked Service and keep the receipt, as we can not be responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit.

Returns will be processed within 1-3 working days of receiving the goods and will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.For any assistance required, please contact us and we will aim to reply to your query promptly.
